• Time can be split into 30-minute segments after the first hour
• 1-hour minimum
• You book the service and explain the issue you're experiencing.
• I’ll let you know if the problem is something I can likely fix.
• You drop off the system, and I begin troubleshooting. If any parts are faulty or non-functional, I’ll let you know and provide the approximate cost of replacement if needed. (I’ll leave the decision to proceed to you)
• Once the issue is fixed, I’ll notify you that the PC is ready.
• You pick up your repaired system.
